Information we collect

When you contact us, we may collect the details you choose to provide, including your name, work contact information, role, organization, event type, event description, dates, location, budget range, goals, services of interest, referral source, and communications with us. Our hosting provider may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, requested page, and security or diagnostic logs.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; assess fit, availability, and scope; prepare proposals; deliver requested services; maintain security and prevent abuse; keep business and tax records; resolve disputes; comply with law; and improve the website and service. We do not use inquiry answers for unrelated advertising profiles.

Service providers and disclosures

Vercel hosts the website and processes infrastructure and security logs. Web3Forms processes inquiry submissions on our behalf and may process the submitted fields, IP address, user agent, timestamp, and source page. Other vendors such as email, file-delivery, payment, or professional advisers may receive only the information reasonably needed for their role. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business reorganization.

Vendor processing is also governed by each vendor’s terms and privacy notice. Google Tag Manager, optional analytics, scheduling, and Vimeo playback will be described here before they are enabled where their use changes the information collected.

Retention and deletion

For inquiries that do not become clients, we plan to keep the inquiry record for no longer than 12 months after the last substantive communication, then delete or de-identify it unless law, security, an active dispute, or a requested follow-up requires longer. Client contracts, invoices, consent records, final deliverables, and project communications may be kept for the period reasonably needed for the service and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Working production media follows the signed service agreement; the standard package permits deletion 90 days after final delivery.

Sale, sharing, and marketing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may send a direct follow-up about your inquiry or project; promotional email, if introduced later, will use a separate choice and an unsubscribe method.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided, or withdraw a consent that applies going forward. Email livedigitalbox@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when legally permitted or required. Rights vary by location, and this voluntary process does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information, including limited collection and access. No online system is guaranteed secure. Hosting or service providers may process information in the United States or other places where they operate, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

Children

This business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us for deletion.

Changes and contact
