These terms govern this Event Recap Plus website. Event Recap Plus is a Live Digital Box service line. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Service projects: website content is general information and is not a binding offer. A project begins only after the required parties accept a written proposal or agreement. If website content conflicts with that document, the signed service agreement controls.
Permitted use
You may use this site to learn about services, view publicly available portfolio material, and submit a genuine business inquiry. You may not attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape at a rate that disrupts the site; impersonate another person; submit unlawful or deceptive material; or use site content in a way that infringes another party’s rights.
Intellectual property
The site design, text, graphics, logos, video presentation, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Live Digital Box or the relevant rights holder and are protected by applicable law. You may make ordinary browser copies for personal or internal evaluation. No other license is granted. Portfolio content may include client-owned marks or material and may not be reused without the applicable rights holder’s permission.
Accuracy, availability, and third parties
We aim to keep the site useful and accurate but do not promise that every page, statistic, link, video, price, or service description will always be current, available, or error-free. Research statistics are attributed to their publishers and are not promises of a client result. Third-party sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices; links do not imply endorsement.
